How to install your signature

Fill in all your details in the form. The preview updates instantly.

Click Copy Signature and choose an export format:
Copy HTML Code — raw HTML for Gmail’s </> editor or Outlook’s HTML mode.
Copy Rich Text — paste directly into any rich-text editor (Gmail, Outlook, Word).
Copy as Image — captures the signature as a PNG image to your clipboard.
Download as PNG — saves the signature image to your device.

Gmail (Desktop/Web) — HTML:
1. Click the gear icon () → See all settings.
2. Scroll to the Signature section.
3. Click + Create new, give it a name.
4. In the editor, click the </> (HTML) icon in the toolbar.
5. Paste the copied HTML and click OK.
6. Set default signatures for new emails and replies/forwards.
7. Click Save Changes at the bottom.

Gmail (Desktop/Web) — Rich Text or Image:
1. Open Gmail settings → Signature section → + Create new.
2. Click inside the signature editor and press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V).
3. The formatted signature (or image) will paste directly — no HTML mode needed.
4. Set defaults and click Save Changes.

Gmail (Mobile App):
1. Open the Gmail app and tap the menu icon ().
2. Tap Settings → select your account.
3. Tap Mobile Signature.
4. Paste your signature (note: mobile signatures are plain text only; for rich formatting, use the desktop version).
5. Tap OK.

Outlook (Desktop/Web):
Classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste HTML or rich text → set defaults → OK.
New Outlook/Web: Click gear icon → View all Outlook settings → Compose and reply → scroll to Email signature → paste → set defaults → Save.

Outlook (Mobile App):
1. Open the Outlook app and tap your account picture.
2. Tap the gear icon () or Settings.
3. Tap Signature.
4. Edit your signature text (supports basic formatting).
5. Tap the checkmark () to save.
